OAKLAND ASSOCIATION
MI-O-1, Columbia Avenue Baptist Church, Pontiac, Flexible 2012: We would love any assistance with evangelistic events and light construction projects. Any kind of block party, sports camp, backyard Bible clubs, and the like would be much appreciated. There are several construction projects teams can choose from, and we would supply the materials. We need to put in a ceiling in our education building so we can put in insulation. We have 2 buildings, and our main building needs to be scraped and painted. We also need to put in new windows in both buildings. There are also many other smaller projects that could be done, such as downspouts and gutters. We have older buildings in an inner city neighborhood, so any projects that can help bring down energy bills would be a huge blessing. There is great potential here, and we are excited to see how God is going to continue to work and change lives here.
