OPERATION MULTIPLICATION - This workshop provides training for pastors and church leaders to implement a one-on-one discipleship training process for new believers. Operation Multiplication promotes the II Timothy 2:2 concept of making disciples who will themselves become disciplers. The workshop is designed for 1-1/2 to 2 hours duration.

PRAYER MINISTRY WORKSHOP - This workshop provides participants with the biblical perspective on prayer as a ministry of the church and outlines a step-by-step approach for initiating a prayer ministry within the local church. The prayer ministry concept that is presented in broad scope with an intercessory prayer room, for example, being only one aspect of a larger more comprehensive prayer ministry. The prayer ministry design is intended to start small and grows to fit the size and needs of any particular congregation. The workshop schedule is 2-4 hours.

INTERFAITH WITNESS SEMINAR - This program is designed to educate and prepare Alabama Baptists in witnessing to those of other faiths. The implementation process involves an annual training conference for potential associates. These associates, in turn, are available to local churches and associations through the Evangelism Office, in their particular area of expertise.

EVANGELISTIC BLOCK PARTY - A community block party is a special evangelistic event of drama, puppets, music, testimonies, food and prayer to reach unchurched people. The Evangelism Office offers consultation and financial assistance for conducting an evangelistic block party.
