Computer Services

• Assists Accounting Services with computerized entry, storage and disbursing of Cooperative Program and designated funds, bookkeeping, payroll, and Employee's Savings Credit Union.
• Processes the Annual Church Profile and provides statistical reports and analyses based on this profile.
• Maintains address files of pastors and other leaders in churches and associations.The address files support the offices of work in their efforts to communicate with church leadership.
• Works with the Office of Associational Missions & Church Planting in providing population and census demographic studies and related services. This information is used by church leaders for long-range planning, site selection, visitation preparation and other uses.
• Services churches and associations through consultations regarding computer equipment. Consultations are consulted on-site as possible but may be conducted via the telephone.
• Provides training and technical support to the State Board of Missions staff in their daily use of computers.

A brief list of responsibilities and services provided by this office: annual church clerk training, annual convention registration process, church computer software and hardware assistance, and specialty software and hardware conferences scheduled through your associational office (Project Catalogue offerings).
