Volunteers In Missions

Volunteers in Missions is a ministry term used in SBC life that defines an individual using their abilities, talents for the Glory of the Lord in ministry and mission opportunities on a short term basis in the ACT 1:8 context of Jerusalem—their association— Judea—their state—Samaria—their nation—ends of the earth—internationally.

 2.    Assistance in locating a mission project through our Partnerships with Guatemala, Ukraine, Michigan, and Appalachian Regional Ministries (from Alabama to New York) www.alsbom.org/partnerships
     a.    Planning a mission project?
     b.    Orientation for your mission project.
 
3.    Consultation with churches to help develop their mission strategy.
     a.    Developing a mission strategy for total church involvement.          
     b.    Developing a mission partnership
 
4.    Information for Team leaders (Packet for Team Leaders is available upon request)
     a.    Adam’s and Associates Insurance information (Required project insurance for each team
               member)
     b.    Passport information
     c.    Background check information (Required by IMB for all project volunteers)
